Réception 108 respects your privacy. This policy explains, in plain language, what personal information we collect on this website, why, and how you can exercise your rights, in accordance with Québec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).

Information we collect

When you fill out our quote request form, we collect:

• your name and phone number;
• your email address, if you provide it;
• your event date, number of guests, the menu you are interested in and any details you choose to write;
• the language used and the page from which the request was sent.

Please do not include detailed health information in the form. For an allergy or dietary restriction, a general mention is enough; we will discuss it with you by phone.

We also collect the information you give us by phone or email, for the same purposes.

Why we use it

Only to answer your request, prepare your quote and organize your event. We never sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Consent

By sending the form, you consent to our use of your information for the purposes described above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@reception108.com.

Who has access

Only the Réception 108 staff who handle quotes have access to your information. To run the website, we rely on two service providers located outside Québec:

• Web3Forms, which forwards the form content to our email inbox;
• Cloudflare, which hosts the website and may process technical connection data (IP address, browser) to keep the site secure and running.

Before entrusting information to these providers, we assessed that they offer adequate protection. They may only use your information to provide their service.

Retention period

Quote requests are kept for 3 months, then securely destroyed. If you become a customer, the information needed for your contract and billing is kept as long as required by law.

Cookies and Google map

This website uses no cookies, no audience measurement tool and no advertising pixel. The map on the Contact page is only loaded if you click to display it; Google may then set its own cookies, under its own privacy policy.

Security

The website is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and contains no database. Requests are received in a password-protected email inbox, accessible only to authorized staff.

Your rights

You may at any time ask to access the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent. Write to the person in charge at info@reception108.com; we will reply within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.

Confidentiality incident

In the event of an incident presenting a risk of serious injury, we will notify you and the Commission d’accès à l’information as soon as possible.
